Job Overview

This role is for a Production Trainee or Production Operator in the Brake Manufacturing department, working onsite at locations such as MWC, Irungattukottai, and Pallikaranai.

Qualification and Eligibility

Candidates should possess a B.Sc degree in any specialization or a Diploma. However, applicants from Nursing and Agriculture fields are not eligible. Eligible academic backgrounds include a wide range of disciplines such as Hospitality and Hotel Management, Cyber Security, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Artificial Intelligence, Medical fields, Fashion, Environmental Science, Electronics, Business Economics and many others. General candidates meeting the educational criteria can apply as well.

Work Schedule

• Three rotational shifts: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (1st shift), 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (2nd shift), and 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM (3rd shift).

Physical Requirements

• Male candidates must have a minimum height of 160 cm and weight of 50 kg.
• Female candidates must have a minimum height of 150 cm and weight of 45 kg.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in production activities specifically related to brake manufacturing.
• Operate and oversee production machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines.
