Production Team Member

We are currently hiring Production Team Members responsible for preparing high-quality dough following Papa John's Food Service standards. The role involves maintaining all equipment in a highly sanitary condition and managing dough carefully through each stage of production.

Job Responsibilities

• Place dough balls in sanitized trays according to company specifications.
• Date, stack, rotate, and cool dough trays properly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards by keeping the production area clean and contamination-free.
• Pre-soak dough trays and process them through washing equipment.
• Perform advanced lock out/tag out procedures on all dough production machinery before cleaning or sanitization.
• Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize production equipment and rooms after production activities.
• Document and verify processes such as sanitation, dough rejection, and dough weight.
• Wear appropriate safety gear and comply with all safety guidelines.
• Conduct general housekeeping tasks within the Quality Control Center as required.
• Operate floor maintenance tools to clean carpets and floors.
• Use cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure full adherence to Safety standards, Sanitation policies, HACCP regulations, and all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines including OSHA, FDA, and DOL.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Food handling certification is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal English instructions and policies is required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods are necessary.
• Basic math and mechanical skills are beneficial.
