Production Supervisor

Overview

Efficient Precision and Systems is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to manage and streamline daily manufacturing operations at their facility located in Ganesh Nagar Industrial Estate, Phursungi, Pune. This role focuses on overseeing production teams, optimizing processes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and collaborating with engineering units towards enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory production activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead and manage production personnel to meet targeted daily outputs.
• Observe and refine manufacturing workflows to boost productivity.
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Monitor production metrics and compile daily reports.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines, quality benchmarks, and company policies.
• Identify and address production bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure production schedules are completed on time without compromising quality.
• Supervise machine usage and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Minimum education: Diploma.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in production supervision or related manufacturing roles.

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
