Role overview
This permanent Production Planner role is based in Redruth and focuses on coordinating the site’s manufacturing flow through weekly capacity planning, day-to-day production scheduling, and the release of daily KPI information. The position supports smooth operations across production and dispatch by ensuring plans are practical, timely, and aligned to demand.

What the role involves
- Turning daily customer orders into workable production schedules and sharing clear, timely information for activity areas such as mincing, forming, frying, packing, and dispatch.
- Keeping output balanced across all parts of the production process so daily requirements are met efficiently.
- Working closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to make sure plans are understood, adopted, and carried out, while inviting feedback on issues or improvement opportunities.
- Helping manage WIP inventory, including using stock where needed to maintain control and reduce waste.
- Using SAP, Arolink, and other systems to track orders and production plans.
