About The Team
Our diverse and agile international team seeks a Production Planner (m/f/d) specializing in Tool & Equipment Management. This pivotal position ensures production teams have consistent access to necessary tools, equipment, and materials. Through meticulous work preparation, you will help manufacturing orders run efficiently, punctually, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the availability of tools, equipment, and consumables to maintain seamless production and maintenance workflows.
- Develop and update manufacturing orders including work instructions, production documents, bills of materials, and scheduling plans.
- Supervise inventory control by monitoring stock levels and material flow; proactively place replenishment orders to avoid production delays.
- Evaluate and enhance processes concerning production planning, warehouse management, and equipment handling to boost efficiency and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics units ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in technical fields such as industrial mechanics, production engineering, or manufacturing technology, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven ability to systematically coordinate materials, tools, technical processes, and priorities.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and bills of materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, strong quality focus, and reliability.
- Some background in production planning, tool management, work preparation, or equipment coordination and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Fluent in German is mandatory; English communication skills are advantageous.
