Primary Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or any quality issues affecting products.
• Support training efforts by mentoring and assisting new operators in learning job tasks.

Standards and Compliance

• Perform tasks following prescribed work instructions, production targets, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records for traceability when processes are not automated.

Production Material Handling

• Verify that warehouse-delivered raw materials meet production requirements.
• Handle tasks related to loading raw materials and semi-finished goods appropriately.
• Inspect final production outputs by checking parameters such as total length, quantity of good products, and defective items.
• Prepare finished goods adequately for pickup by third-party agents.
