Role Overview

As a Product Owner within the Clipboard team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to transform roadmap priorities into delivered features across Clipboard EMS and Clipboard Compete. This role demands high ownership and hands-on accountability for the end-to-end delivery and impact of your product areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate roadmap goals into tangible shipped products, managing progress and removing blockers in fast, iterative cycles.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Clipboard with other Compass Group systems.
  • Engage directly with customers to represent their voice internally and validate product decisions.
  • Bridge communication effectively between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Contribute design insights and assess product risk in value, feasibility, viability, and usability.
  • Operate with a builder mentality, swiftly converting concepts to deliverables using AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
  • Support growth by attracting new customers, increasing existing user engagement, and aligning Clipboard’s functionality within the broader Compass suite.

Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 3 years of product experience in SaaS, or equivalent experience in design or engineering transitioning to product roles.
