Product Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of both platform and client-facing banking products, covering backend and frontend systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring our bank delivers compelling, scalable, and compliant offerings to retail and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of platform and customer-facing product solutions.
• Research and assess new technologies and vendors to drive innovation, enhance systems, and improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, information security policies, regulatory and risk frameworks.
• Support product implementation by collaborating closely with development teams for timely technology solution delivery.
• Lead vendor discussions and manage vendor-related aspects of the product.
• Oversee system performance monitoring, identify potential issues, and coordinate corrective or preventive measures.
• Work with internal teams including compliance, legal, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated and compliant technology delivery.
• Engage in product testing, rollout planning, and training for smooth adoption by users and clients.

Candidate Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience as a product manager, preferably in card payments, foreign exchange (FX), anti-money laundering (AML), or antifraud domains.
• Proven ability to handle vendor solution management and related projects effectively.
• Comfortable engaging in detailed technical discussions with developers and vendors.
• Capable of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centered technology solutions.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
