Role Overview

The Trading Product Manager will spearhead the vision and execution of the trading and brokerage product suite including platforms such as MT5 and cTrader. This role requires harmonizing user requirements, regulatory mandates, and business objectives to build scalable fintech solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate the strategic product roadmap aligned with business targets and user demands.
• Conduct structured discovery and user research to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, crafting clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary teams including Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, and Operations to deliver releases timely and to standard.
• Lead internal deployments and facilitate training to boost product adoption among support and operations staff.
• Define and monitor product performance indicators, implementing optimizations based on analytics and user inputs.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk units to secure adherence to regulatory frameworks throughout product development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum five years of product management experience within fintech or brokerage sectors.
• Technical proficiency with AI technologies such as Claude and agent frameworks to evaluate solution viability.
• Solid understanding of APIs, database systems, and software architecture to effectively liaise with engineering teams.
• Experience utilizing data-driven prioritization methodologies including RICE and Kano models.
• Exceptional communication capabilities to translate business objectives into executable technical tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.

Interview Process

• Initial 30-minute HR interview with Talent Acquisition.
• 45-minute problem-solving session with Talent Acquisition and frontline department manager.
• 60-minute Bar Raiser interview involving the department head and Talent Acquisition lead.
