Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Redsbaby, you will ensure every product is perfectly prepared for market launch—from compliance testing and product guide creation to packaging and overseeing user trials. You'll be responsible for crafting the product’s positioning, messaging hierarchy, and unique selling propositions, as well as managing the production of visual assets including photography and videography that showcase the products' features. Acting as the in-house product expert, you will handle an extensive portfolio that spans prams, strollers, baby essentials, and accessories, with a focus on becoming the preferred choice for Australian families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product launch readiness including testing, documentation, packaging, and pilots.
  • Develop and implement product positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Lead briefing and production of product features with photographers and videographers.

  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple product launch schedules and statuses concurrently.
