Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Medical Instruments and Product Management. This role is pivotal in shaping the product vision, strategizing roadmaps, and steering Agile delivery efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to define clear product requirements, manage the product backlog, and guarantee the delivery of innovative healthcare and medical technology solutions that generate business value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog by creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories, features, and epics.
• Keep the backlog organized, relevant, and in alignment with business objectives, overseeing the prioritization and sequencing of work items.
• Engage with business stakeholders and customers to collect requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that product delivery reflects and satisfies business needs.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and demos, facilitating stakeholder involvement.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters and development teams to deliver incremental value consistently.

Expertise and Competencies

• Align product roadmap with overall business strategy and evaluate business value using KPIs.
• Drive continuous product enhancements based on feedback and analytics.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, UX, and Product teams, bridging business and technical groups.
• Communicate priorities and updates effectively among all stakeholders.
• Possess a solid grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Skilled in user story creation and backlog grooming alongside product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
• Have a customer-centric approach and familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle processes.
