Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives at the convergence of AI and retail point-of-sale platforms. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, customers, and business stakeholders to discover opportunities, craft strategies, and deliver AI-driven solutions that produce tangible value for retail clients. This position suits someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys working in small teams, and is eager to apply AI to practical business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for essential aspects of a retail POS platform.
- Collaborate intimately with engineering and design teams to produce superior customer experiences.
- Engage with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and emerging prospects.
- Convert business goals and customer feedback into detailed product requirements and priorities.
- Utilize data analysis, experimentation, and user input to steer decisions.
- Identify and drive initiatives to integrate AI features into products and internal processes.
- Lead product discovery phases, set success metrics, and evaluate outcomes post-launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with a focus on action and delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum three years of experience managing software products from concept through launch.
- Proven accountability for products or significant product segments.
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Experience collecting customer feedback and translating insights into product decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to independently make sound product decisions with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Background in retail technology, POS systems, payment, commerce, or inventory management.
- Experience integrating or developing AI-powered product features.
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or generative AI products.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
- Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- A passion for experimenting with AI technologies.

- Deliver impactful product enhancements that increase adoption and business results.

Additional Information
Location: Hybrid role based in Provo, Utah, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite.
