About the Role
Our mission is to build a game studio in Singapore focused on casual mobile games that captivate and delight players with engaging and enjoyable experiences. We invite motivated and humble individuals to be part of this exciting venture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap centered around analytics-driven projects, prioritizing efforts based on their impact on player retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Establish success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both new features and LiveOps events, creating measurement frameworks prior to launch.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments, making data-driven decisions regarding feature rollouts.
- Convert insights from player behavior data into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
- Champion player segmentation strategies to guide personalization, targeted content, and in-game economic planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define event tracking needs and uphold data quality standards necessary for product decisions.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to inform the overall product strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics processes, improve decision-making effectiveness, and increase productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
- More than 5 years’ experience in analytics or product roles within the mobile gaming sector.
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to interpret and guide analytical efforts effectively.
- Strong grasp of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing to assess the validity and implications of test results.
- Demonstrated history of bringing product features or initiatives from concept through to release, utilizing data to prioritize work.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Capacity to integrate quantitative analysis with practical business judgement, especially when faced with incomplete or ambiguous data.
