Your Role

• Provide advisory services on engineering transformation initiatives covering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Digital Twins, New Product Development (NPD), and software-driven changes, primarily targeting Aerospace, Automotive, and Discrete Manufacturing sectors.
• Lead strategic client engagements to ensure significant impact and value creation by designing customized "As-Is" and "To-Be" state process maps aligned with organizational objectives, preparing for integration of AI and Agentic AI technologies wherever relevant.
• Discover and define opportunities for adopting Generative and Agentic AI within engineering processes by translating intricate business problems into well-structured challenges suited for AI-based solutions.
• Manage extensive engineering transformation projects that span product development, research and development, manufacturing engineering, and service lifecycle goals, employing AI-powered solutions.
• Create and present strategic market insights, competitive benchmarks, and solution accelerators. Develop thought leadership content focused on Digital Twins, Agile PLM, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Simulation, Agentic AI, sustainability, and software-defined products.

Your Profile

• Lead requirements elicitation, process design, and deployment strategies for PLM/ALM platforms, demonstrating strong functional expertise in at least one major PLM suite such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE, or SAP PLM.
• Organize and facilitate client workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and deliver executive-level presentations. Manage diverse teams spread across various cultures and geographies, ensuring disciplined project management practices.
• Utilize enterprise data repositories to unlock engineering intelligence and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Construct assets, frameworks, and perspectives on emerging topics including Agentic Engineering, Intelligent PLM, portfolio standardization/product complexity, product line engineering, software transformation, and AI-enhanced engineering transformation.
