Position Overview

This internship situated in Mumbai requires working five days a week onsite. As a Product Intern on the Equity Products team, you will be instrumental in developing new products from inception. This role demands writing product requirement documents, managing product feature execution from ideation to launch, and working closely with design, engineering, growth teams, and external partners. Expect a hands-on, foundational experience rather than working on established playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide feature development from concept through launch, managing scope, clarifications, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct competitive analysis of Indian and international investing platforms to monitor releases, analyze features, and identify strategic opportunities for product roadmaps.
• Evaluate and select vendors for essential services such as data and payments integration.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration efforts with external partners and internal stakeholders to implement third-party services effectively.
• Engage in foundational tasks including research, data analysis, and partner coordination to translate initial concepts into tangible product offerings.

• Proficiency in daily usage of Artificial Intelligence tools for research, prototyping, drafting, and enhancing workflow efficiency, with a keen interest in exploring AI applications.
• Exhibit strong ownership mentality by independently driving problems to resolution without the need for supervision.
• Possess problem-solving instincts to proactively seek solutions when confronted with unfamiliar challenges.
• Demonstrate solid product intuition and a passionate curiosity about the workings of investment-related products.
