About The Role

Join our Electronics Venting team as a Product Innovation Lead, where you'll guide customer-backed product concepts through the full cycle of innovation and new product development. This role focuses on transforming unique technologies into viable products that drive growth and market success. Key Responsibilities

  • Create product concepts based on customer validation that feature unique value propositions and clear paths to commercialization
  • Analyze customer, end-user, application, and market data to define product requirements, priorities, and evaluation criteria
  • Drive product concepts through the new product development phases such as validation, fit-for-use assessment, and launch readiness
  • Develop and present business cases illustrating customer value, competitive stance, commercial viability, assumptions, and associated risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from Innovation to Sales to advance product initiatives
  • Validate product strategies through market research, voice-of-customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, and external review
  • Engage with strategic customers, end users, and standard-setting groups to influence product trajectory and adoption
  • Clearly communicate product strategies, progress updates, decisions, and potential risks to diverse stakeholders including technical teams and leadership

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related technical or commercial discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in global product innovation, development, business development, product management, or application engineering within technology-driven sectors
  • Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into structured product requirements and value propositions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading new product development milestones including validation and commercialization
  • Capacity to evaluate technical feasibility, product performance, fit-for-use, commercial risks, and business trade-offs using data-supported analyses
  • Skilled in facilitating cross-functional decision-making among technical, commercial, and leadership audiences
  • Effective communication of product strategies and risks through written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally and domestically

  • Experience in constructing detailed business cases covering market opportunity, customer value, competitive positioning, and revenue forecasts
  • Familiarity with structured innovation portfolio or new product development governance frameworks
