- Develop lightweight, context-aware user interfaces with effective nudges and feedback mechanisms
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and merchant stakeholders
- Emphasize mobile-first designs for QR code payments, "Pay for Me" features, and link-driven flows
- Iteratively prototype and validate designs using tools like Figma and Framer
- Maintain and grow a unified cross-industry design system
- Conduct user research to identify friction points and guide UX improvements
- Deliver emotionally resonant experiences that facilitate smooth and engaging collaborative payments
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or commerce sectors
- A compelling portfolio that highlights thoughtful product design and user-centric solutions
- Expertise in Figma and contemporary design software; skills in motion design are a plus
- Deep knowledge of UX principles, mobile-first approaches, and design system development
- Experience contributing to agile, cross-functional teams
- A passion for clean, straightforward design that addresses genuine user needs
- Bonus: Prior exposure to payment systems, checkout processes, or collaboration tools design
