Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Product Designer II to join our Pinner Actionability team. This position focuses on evolving Pinterest's boards — a crucial feature that helps users visualize and aspire. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly ideate, prototype, release experiments, and refine experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces for login, sign-up, and conversion upsell flows supporting Pinner activation.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to craft and realize roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity initiatives.
- Operate effectively within a dynamic, experimental, and data-centric environment.
- Manage and integrate feedback from stakeholders across Growth, Core teams, and design leadership.
- Champion high standards of design quality across projects.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in digital product design.
- Proven ability to design complex products addressing user needs and business goals, including launching new features and optimization.
- A portfolio showcasing strong product and visual design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color theory, and imagery.
- Adaptability to emerging AI technologies, using them efficiently throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Expertise in design systems, standards, and collaborative workflows that incorporate AI-powered tools.
- Demonstrated ownership, meticulousness, and successful delivery of high-quality digital products.
- Capability to conceive scalable systems for experimentation and iteration across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Strong product strategy, UX problem-solving, and communication skills to align cross-functional partners.
- Comfort balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving, data-driven context.
- Growth mindset with self-awareness geared toward high-impact results.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
Annual base salary ranges from $109,242 to $224,910 USD, with eligibility for equity awards. The final offer depends on location, relevant experience, skills, and other factors.
