About the Role
This opening is for a Product Designer based in Ireland, working for a partner company that handles all application processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead specific product design tasks within a mature product segment, including iterations, usability enhancements, and maintaining interface uniformity.

- Work closely with senior designers through critiques and mentorship to enhance design quality continuously.

Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably with B2B, SaaS, developer-centric, or technical products.
- Strong competencies in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and user-centered methodologies.
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design systems and component-driven design.
- A portfolio demonstrating delivered product experiences, highlighting design approaches and visual quality.
- Ability to handle iterative design processes with meticulous attention to detail and consistent output across diverse product areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design decisions clearly.
- Willingness to accept peer feedback and collaborate closely with senior design professionals.
- Curious about developer workflows, software complexity, and technical user challenges.
- Comfortable utilizing AI-based tools during design activities and eager to explore their applications.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) and residency in Europe.
