About the Internship
This internship opportunity is with Velinsa, based in New York or available remotely. As a Product Design Intern, you will work closely with Velinsa's designers and product strategists to help craft user experiences that address real customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery workshops, analyze insights, and develop user journey maps.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interface concepts collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
- Assist in usability testing and integrate feedback for continual design refinement.
- Create documentation for design decisions to ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines with a passion for digital products.
- Basic skills in design software like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong communication skills to explain design choices and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Available to work in a New York or remote setting.
