Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to join our centralized Analytics team. This role works closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Design to analyze customer experiences, support feature analytics, generate reports, and guide data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates will be early in their analytics careers, curious, eager to learn, and ready to tackle impactful challenges.
AI Integration
Our Analytics team uses AI to enhance data work, including accelerating SQL query development, validating insights, summarizing complex data for executives, and developing generative BI tools for stakeholder data exploration. We uphold strict data quality and human oversight standards when using AI. As a Product Analyst, you’ll gain expertise in responsible AI application alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead well-defined analytics projects with guidance from senior analysts
- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring product and technology team goals
- Analyze behavioral data using tools like Amplitude to understand user interactions
- Support feature measurement and A/B testing initiatives independently over time
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and onboarding
Candidate Profile
- Strong curiosity with motivation to question and analyze data continuously
- Minimum two years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics
- Proficient SQL skills with independent query writing and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with event tracking platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Competency in dashboard development using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to perform, interpret, and communicate diagnostic analyses effectively
- Knowledge of A/B or A/A testing concepts for product evaluation
- High attention to detail and data quality assurance sensibility
- Effective communication skills to relay progress and findings to teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to seek support, ask questions, and collaborate for problem-solving
- Preferably beginner level knowledge of Python or R, familiarity with event taxonomy or instrumentation design, and exposure to SaaS or enterprise products
- Familiarity with modern AI or BI applications (e.g., Omni, Claude, Dust, Hex) is a plus

Remuneration and Benefits
For Canadian candidates, the base salary ranges from 83,000 to 116,000 CAD annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, equity grants, and incentive programs. Our compensation aligns with fair market value and internal equity based on experience and skills.
