Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and product development activities.
• Coordinate product data, manage samples, and track development schedules.
• Handle communication with suppliers and manage approval processes.
• Support costing analysis, sourcing, and development progress tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation such as tech packs, specifications, and approvals.
• Ensure all development milestones are clearly visible and tracked.
• Develop and regularly update precise product information across various platforms and deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with Design, Technical, Sales teams, and offshore suppliers to maintain project organization, adhere to timelines, and uphold high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Coordinator or in a similar function.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to confidently juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders within a fast-moving environment.
• Strong coordination and administrative capabilities.
• Proficient in working across different systems, managing data, and product information platforms.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and communication ability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sportswear and product development.
