Role Overview
The Producer will be instrumental in crafting compelling content across various brands, particularly in tech, travel, and finance sectors. This role demands a strong creative eye, solid video production expertise, and the ability to keep up with emerging social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform client briefs or overarching ideas into high-quality concepts and productions.
- Develop content tailored for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Manage production workflows for social-first videos ensuring brand and platform alignment.
- Prepare detailed client-facing decks and presentations for pitches and new business.
- Communicate creative concepts clearly by presenting storyboards, scripts, and decks representing the creative team.
- Understand budgeting constraints and propose suitable solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with video editors, providing constructive feedback on video assets.
Candidate Profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of production disciplines, with an understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats/specifications.
- Awareness of copyright issues relating to still images, footage, music, and sound effects, including rights management.
- Experience managing independent small-scale shoots and supporting larger productions via logistical coordination such as risk assessments, talent agreements, call sheets, booking talent, and securing permits.
- Confidence in articulating creative visions on behalf of the creative team during budgeting and presentations.
- Strong grasp of agency production workflows.
- Willingness to attend shoots and occasional UK-based travel.
- Video shooting skills considered an advantage.
