• Verify that all produce is accurately priced and properly signed, adhering to guidelines for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Strictly comply with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols including temperature monitoring and proper handling following sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock and downstock merchandise as necessary, apply product protection measures, and arrange modular displays to keep the department fully stocked and attractive.
• Adhere to health and safety standards to sustain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Be flexible with scheduling by working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs and ensure consistent service.

Challenges

• Effectively manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment, particularly during overnight shifts, maintaining focus and energy.
• Complete large volumes of restocking and recovery tasks accurately and timely.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position starts at 18.70 CAD.
