About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze both external and internal client needs alongside supplier solutions to draft bespoke, multi-tower complex outsourcing contracts tailored to meet all requirements.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure supplier agreements reflect their specific needs, guiding strategic choices regarding contract vehicles and terms.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships by understanding their products and service models, which supports effective negotiations and contract formulation.
- Lead negotiations with internal clients to align their specifications with supplier offerings at agreed target prices, including presenting contracts and managing discussions with client teams.
- Coordinate with internal client teams to collect timely technical, business, and financial inputs, ensuring contractual agreements comprehensively address client needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong background in contract law with practical experience in drafting tailored contracts that protect internal client interests.
- Proven experience drafting intricate, customizable multi-tower outsourcing agreements meeting complex client and supplier requirements.
- Competency in managing supplier relationships with an understanding of their product and service models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders to capture and incorporate diverse requirements into agreements.
- Experience gathering and applying technical, business, and financial specifications within contractual documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background or exposure in legal studies focused on contract law to guide custom agreement development.
- Familiarity with complex multi-tower outsourcing arrangements and their specific challenges.
- Experience deepening knowledge of supplier products/services to craft informed agreements and foster supplier partnerships.
