The team operates at the forefront of the expanding secondaries market, engaging in intricate GP-led transactions, fund restructurings, continuation vehicles, NAV financing, and other innovative liquidity solutions. You'll collaborate closely with senior investors within a streamlined, cooperative setting, gaining hands-on experience with sophisticated transactions spanning multiple industries and investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and execute investments in private equity secondaries and portfolio financing.
• Carry out comprehensive financial analyses, valuations, and investment underwriting.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial and cash flow models.
• Perform thorough commercial and financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Prepare materials for investment committee presentations and deliver informed recommendations.
• Engage in management meetings, dialogue with General Partners, and support transaction negotiations.
• Oversee portfolio investments and contribute to ongoing value creation strategies.
• Handle a wide variety of transaction types including GP-led restructurings, continuation funds, NAV financing, LP interest financings, and secondary acquisitions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Investment Banking, emphasizing strong M&A exposure.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and complex analytical skills.
• Experience managing live transactions from due diligence through to closing.
• Excellent communication abilities and capability to excel within a fast-paced investment environment.
• A sincere passion for private equity investing and the secondaries market.
