About the Role

Alice Anume Memorial School of Nursing and Midwifery (AAMSNM) in Pallisa is seeking a visionary and experienced professional to serve as Principal. The appointee will provide comprehensive strategic, academic, and administrative leadership, ensuring the institution delivers high-quality competency-based training, adheres to regulatory standards, and promotes institutional growth, research, and the development of skilled, ethical, and employable health professionals.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery plus a postgraduate diploma in Medical Education, OR a Bachelor's degree in Medical Education.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Health Education, Medical Education, Public Health, Health Services Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Current registration and valid practicing license from the relevant professional regulatory council.
  • At least ten years of experience in nursing or health professional education, of which three years should be in a senior leadership or management role.
