Pricing Specialist

Role overview

Clean Life is seeking a Pricing Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to support its Sales team. The position focuses on visiting client sites, understanding service needs, converting assessments into well-structured quotations, and working with Sales and Operations to shape solutions that are both commercially sound and profitable.

What you will do

• Visit customer sites to review requirements and understand the service environment.
• Assess the property’s scale, the scope of services needed, room count, facilities, and overall cleanliness condition.
• Estimate staffing needs, equipment requirements, and the time needed to complete the job.
• Build precise, competitive quotations that follow company pricing rules and profitability goals.
• Explain proposed services and pricing clearly and professionally to customers.
• Work with Sales and Operations to confirm service feasibility and pricing correctness.
• Track submitted quotations and support the sales cycle through to final closure.
• Keep customer and quotation details updated in the CRM.
• Review quotation outcomes and identify reasons for missed opportunities.
• Study market movement and competitor pricing to suggest improvements to pricing strategy.
• Prepare recurring reports covering site visits, quotes, conversion rates, and pricing results.
• Help refine pricing workflows, quotation templates, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Two to four years of experience in pricing, field sales, estimation, or quotation preparation.
• Experience in facilities management, home services, cleaning services, or similar service-based businesses is strongly preferred.
• Good analytical ability and strong comfort with numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle several site visits and organize priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.
