About the Role
Walt Disney World is looking for a Pricing Analyst to support consumer-facing pricing strategy work that has a direct effect on the business. This position suits someone who enjoys partnering across teams, asking the right questions to understand business results, and using strategic thinking to help deliver strong outcomes.
In this role, you will help analyze and carry out pricing initiatives in a fast-moving environment. The position reports to the Manager, Pricing and is a full-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Build detailed data and financial models to assess the effect of initiatives, track important business performance measures, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
- Assist with the rollout and project coordination of pricing programs so that go-to-market execution stays smooth and organized.
- Work with large, complex datasets to turn analysis into practical insights and recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to support alignment and long-term success.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analytics or a closely related field.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain analysis clearly to partners at different levels.
- Ability to manage deadlines, juggle several priorities, and complete work accurately with limited oversight.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and related database systems such as Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau, plus the ability to write queries and create financial models.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A practical, solution-focused approach and a strong drive to help the team meet its goals.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in pricing or revenue management.
- Familiarity with Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business areas, and product lines.
- Solid business judgment with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Strong commitment to positive team culture.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or another quantitative discipline, or an equivalent qualification, is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this role in Orlando, FL is $91,000 to $111,200 per year. The final base salary may vary based on internal equity, geographic region, role-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. In addition to base pay, the package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, along with access to medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the level and position offered.
