Role Overview and Duties
The Prequalification & Registration Coordinator will lead efforts to strengthen the company's visibility and engagement by overseeing registration and prequalification with major national and international oil companies, EPC contractors, and other sectors within the UAE. The role requires managing the full lifecycle of registration processes for both new and existing clients, and actively building a broad network to secure placements on approved vendor or contractor lists. This enhances opportunities to partake in tenders and bids.
The coordinator will also pursue increased involvement in RFIs, RFQs, and other tender opportunities by conducting thorough market research including monitoring e-sourcing and procurement portals, industry platforms, and relevant news outlets. Additionally, the role involves managing incoming tenders, proposals, quotations, and related communications efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 to 10 years' proven experience in prequalification and registration within the Oil & Gas sector, or related industries like ADWEA and ENEC in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or closely related fields.
- Proficient with various business software and IT tools, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively under pressure.
- Fluent English communication skills in both speech and writing; Arabic language abilities are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent time and organizational management.
