Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

Virtual Technologies and Financial Services is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to support our expanding operations in Indore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with minimal experience who are interested in engaging with clients and learning about the financial markets, including stock trading, algorithmic trading, and financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients proactively via outbound calls to introduce financial products and services offered by the company.
• Identify potential sales leads and assess their suitability for further engagement by the sales team.
• Gather and understand customer needs to arrange follow-up discussions or appointments.
• Establish and maintain ongoing communication to foster strong client relationships.
• Handle inquiries professionally, providing accurate and clear information regarding company products.
• Keep client contact details and interaction records updated in the CRM platform.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to facilitate smooth lead conversion processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Confidence and ease in making outbound calls and engaging clients.
• Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Education: Graduate or undergraduate level acceptable.
• Experience: Open to freshers and those with up to six months in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or financial services roles.
• Prior exposure to stock markets, algo trading, or financial advisory is advantageous but not mandatory.
