About the Role

The PQM Executive will play a vital role supporting pricing, quotation, revenue, and funnel management processes at IDS Medical Systems in Singapore. This position involves assisting with quotation preparation, tender coordination, pricing administration, sales order acceptance, and maintaining alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in preparing RFQs, quotations, tender documentation, and ensure timely order acceptance processes.
  • Maintain pricing and cost data, facilitate pricing updates, verify consistency between customer purchase orders and approved quotations, and resolve any order acceptance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Medical Specialty Care to support deal costing, pricing governance, contract documentation, and commercial matters.
  • Support customer contract management, control of demo assets, and participate in transformation projects as needed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts by gathering data, supporting dashboard reporting, and performing basic analytics via Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist in reporting on quotation volumes, tender progress, pricing trends, order cycle times, process bottlenecks, and revenue visibility.
  • Where approved, implement AI-assisted tools for document review, tender summarization, data validation, reporting, and enhancing operational processes.
  • Demonstrate a detail-oriented, responsible approach with the ability to manage data, documentation, and internal collaboration effectively and proactively.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in pricing, quotations, tender support, sales or commercial operations, or order processing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with basic data analytics or Power BI preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Adept at working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Highly meticulous, analytical, and accountable.
  • Experience in improving processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining rigorous reporting standards.
  • Understanding of pricing, quotation, tender, sales order, or contract administration processes is an advantage.
