POS Installation & Activation Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to support the Operations team with rolling out and activating POS devices at partner sites. The position is focused on in-person setup, technical support, partner guidance, and making sure each device goes live within the agreed service timeline.

What You Will Do

• Travel to partner premises to set up and activate POS devices.
• Set up device configurations and confirm that connectivity and system settings are correct.
• Run checks to validate that the device is working properly and activation is complete.
• Show partners and staff how to use the device for day-to-day operations.
• Investigate and fix on-site problems related to hardware, network connectivity, or software.
• Swap out devices or adjust configurations whenever the situation requires it.
• Record installation work and keep activation processes updated.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to close issues efficiently.
• Complete installations and issue resolution within SLA deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment. You should be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and connectivity concerns, communicating clearly with merchants and partner teams, and working across multiple locations in a field-based role. A valid driving licence is required, along with the readiness to travel and handle pressure while meeting operational SLAs.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates who have relevant hands-on experience in POS/device installation or field technical support, can travel regularly for on-site work, and hold a valid driving licence.

Additional Information

The role is based in Jīzān, Jizan, Saudi Arabia and follows a full-time, on-site working model.
