Role Overview
The Podcast Producer role involves managing clients' content end-to-end—from hosting studio sessions to post-production and delivering final products. The producer ensures that content is engaging and meets client expectations, guides clients during recording, and provides creative input to expand studio services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and operate studio sessions including setup, live video/audio mixing, note-taking during recordings, and post-production tasks.
- Support and put clients at ease to help them perform at their best, advising on content format and strategic production approaches.
- Contribute creatively to studio projects, such as developing new content ideas, enhancing services, or working on studio branding.

- In-depth knowledge of podcast and content strategies to structure successful productions.
- Proficient technical skills in audio, video, lighting, and post-production processes.

Additional Information
Positions available are part-time based onsite at 67 Greenland Street, Liverpool, L1 0BY. The annual salary for full-time is £30,000 pro-rated for part-time roles.
