We are seeking skilled Planners to become integral members of our efficient project teams. Responsibilities

• Create and continuously update detailed schedules to ensure construction projects are completed on time.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop project plans that meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Track project progress vigilantly, detect potential delays or obstacles, and apply corrective measures when necessary.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee timely provision of materials and other resources.
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders, emphasizing significant milestones, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Examine project plans, specifications, and drawings to detect potential conflicts or risks.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline.
• At least five years of practical experience in construction scheduling, planning, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Microsoft Project.
• Solid experience with Earned Value Management and applying scheduling methodologies aligned with NEC contracts.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a problem-solving approach to anticipate and address challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills conducive to effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
