Key Responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
• Prepare pizza and related products following standardized recipes and company specifications.
• Maintain clean equipment and workspace daily to meet hygiene standards.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours, ensuring punctuality and attendance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold a professional appearance and store environment.
• Comprehend and follow written instructions accurately and communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in-person and over the phone.
• Perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately; use digital systems for order entry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work shifts between 3 PM and 11 PM.
• Availability to work on weekends, either every weekend or alternating weekends.
• Ability to lift and handle cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and stack items up to 6 feet high.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina for standing most of the shift and walking short distances frequently.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to a wide range of temperatures from coolers (36°F) to areas near hot ovens (up to 500°F).
• Potential exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks like trash removal.
• Working in confined spaces, including walk-in coolers.
• Handling tools and equipment with hot surfaces and sharp parts.
• Work requires sensory abilities including talking and hearing, near and mid-range vision, and depth perception.
