Role Overview
The position involves picking customer orders from a dark store and warehouse setup in Mandya. The work is centered on accurate item selection, quality checks, and smooth coordination with the packing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Select order items from the dark store using a mobile device or scanner.
- Verify the quantity, condition, and expiry date of each product before handing it over.
- Pass picked items to the packing team in an organized manner.
- Maintain a high level of picking accuracy throughout the shift.
- Follow given instructions and operational guidelines carefully.
- Keep the store area clean and orderly.
Requirements
- Education up to 10th or 12th pass.
- Ability to read basic instructions.
- Basic communication skills.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary of INR 180000 to INR 204000.
