Role Overview
We seek a motivated Pharmacy Technician who is a team player with a positive, proactive attitude to join our award-winning workplace environment. Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and prepare prescriptions accurately and responsibly.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions.
- Manage stock efficiently, ensuring ethical ordering and control.
- Maintain proper prescription control and documentation.
- Take full accountability for completing end-of-month claims and paperwork.
- Understand and manage reject and reclaim logs effectively.
- Support over-the-counter (O.T.C) sales initiatives with expert product knowledge.
- Participate in KPI review processes to support business objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dispensary.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of an approved Pharmacy Technician qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience in a technician or dispensary role.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in O.T.C sales.
- Strong product knowledge related to pharmacy goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Helpful, courteous, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work flexible hours including rotational Saturdays.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
