Job Overview
We are looking for a zealous and skilled Personal Trainer to become a valued part of our fitness team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The chosen candidate will be responsible for crafting individualized fitness regimens, coaching clients directly, and aiding them in fulfilling their health and fitness ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement custom fitness training plans specific to each client’s objectives, preferences, and requirements.
- Deliver dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, offer constructive feedback, and ensure clients accomplish their fitness targets.
- Perform client evaluations, establish achievable fitness goals, and develop structured methods to meet those goals.
- Monitor client progress consistently, communicate ongoing feedback, and fine-tune training programs as necessary.
- Drive business growth by marketing personal training services to attract fresh clients and sustain loyalty among current clients.
