Personal Loan Executive

About the Role

We are seeking Personal Loan Executives to join Bajaj Finance Limited at our Surat, Gujarat location. This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates who are graduates aged between 21 and 25 years. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 14,000 to 25,000 INR, including incentives. The work involves assisting customers with personal loan products and providing end-to-end support throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate personal loan options.
• Clearly explain loan components such as amount, interest rate, EMI, tenure, processing charges, and repayment conditions.
• Proactively generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and follow-up activities.
• Facilitate conversion of leads into sanctioned loans by assisting with documentation and guidance.
• Support customers during loan application, verification, and approval stages.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure loan disbursals comply with company standards and documentation protocols.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Effective communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loans, including interest rates, EMI, and eligibility criteria.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to assess financial needs accurately.
• Competency in computer applications such as Excel, CRM software, and loan processing portals.
• Target-focused, confident, and self-motivated personality preferred.
• Male candidates aged 21 to 25 years are eligible.
