Pearson Composites is hiring a part-time Personal Assistant to support a busy client with household coordination and the development of practical organization systems. The position is based onsite in Shoreline and is intended for someone in the greater Seattle area who can step in quickly and contribute reliably. The right person will be highly organized, able to anticipate what needs to be done, and comfortable helping a household run smoothly so the client can focus more time on work and personal life.

Work schedule and pay
This role offers 15 hours per week, with the schedule arranged between the client and the assistant. Compensation is $28 to $31 per hour, depending on experience. The role is expected to begin as soon as possible.
Key duties
The assistant will support daily household operations, complete errands, and help with organization and special projects. The work also includes meal planning and preparation, vendor follow-up, and seasonal household tasks.
- Handle routine chores such as laundry, light cleaning, tidying, dishes, and home organization
- Plan simple healthy meals and prepare food
- Run errands including grocery pickup, dry cleaning, returns, and similar tasks
- Support special household projects and vendor-related coordination
- Take on organization-focused projects
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors
- Assist with seasonal household projects
Physical and practical requirements
Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required for errands and other travel-related tasks.
