About the Role
Join Pinterest as a Performance Solutions Partner II, a key player responsible for empowering major retail advertisers and sellers to thrive on the Pinterest platform. This position involves driving adoption of priority advertising products and pioneering new best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams in sales, product, and engineering, you will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment that values flexibility, analytical thinking, dedication, and a good sense of humor. This role demands strategic problem-solving as well as hands-on technical troubleshooting to eliminate revenue obstacles in performance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Master campaign best practices on Pinterest and become the go-to expert for regional performance improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the lead strategic and technical advisor for sales teams and clients, providing high-quality consultative support that drives product usage and revenue growth.
- Simplify complex processes and product concepts for audiences with varying technical expertise.
- Collaborate with sellers to propose scalable strategies for integrating new performance products and campaign methodologies.
- Offer strategic leadership to top-tier clients in the USA and Canada region.
- Identify customer challenges, developing solutions through automation, product enhancements, or personnel support.
- Customize best practices to suit regional market needs, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing digital advertising, with responsibilities in ad technology, ad operations, or campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or commensurate professional experience.
- Proficiency in tagging, tracking quality assurance, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Extensive understanding of digital advertising, including campaign optimization, troubleshooting, sales engagement, and platform knowledge.
- Highly organized and analytical thinker capable of addressing conceptual challenges and detailed technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with engineers, sales personnel, and senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, independently gathering resources and achieving outcomes without direct supervision.
- Solid technical foundation with expertise in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
- Experience with API implementation benefits such as Conversion API.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce strategies to enhance retail business performance and other priority sectors.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to optimize processes both personally and organizationally.

- Working onsite is required, with candidates needing to reside within commuting distance of offices in specified US regions including San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York metro area, Seattle, Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Denver, Charlotte, Portland, and Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
- The position offers a salary range between $81,921 and $168,660 USD with eligibility for equity, with compensation influenced by location, experience, and skills.
