Initially specializing in power banks, the company aims to expand its product lineup beyond this starting point.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Performance Marketing Manager will take full responsibility for the performance marketing initiatives across Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit platforms. Key duties include managing campaigns, optimizing bids, controlling key performance metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale), and ensuring contribution margins are maximized. The role also involves planning and executing sale-event strategies, launching new SKUs effectively, and allocating marketing budgets efficiently. This position reports directly to the company founder.
Experience and Requirements
Candidates should possess at least five years of experience managing multi-platform performance marketing campaigns, with proven expertise specifically in Blinkit Ads Manager alongside Amazon and Flipkart advertising tools.
