About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture (HR) Operations Specialist to manage employee lifecycle activities and support stakeholders across the Middle East and Africa, focusing primarily on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role demands expertise in Saudi labor legislation, process enhancement, and HR operations compliance within a global IT environment that champions diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, contract management, employment changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR records and information systems, track employee milestones, and assist payroll and monthly HR operations.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and Saudization mandates.
- Manage employee procedures on Saudi government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad, including work permit and Iqama administration.
- Provide operational HR assistance across UAE and coordinate with partners supporting the wider Middle East and Africa region.
- Act as an approachable HR advisor throughout the employee journey, fostering positive interactions and improving HR processes.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and generate reports, dashboards, and trackers to guide organizational decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and practical experience with governmental platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, generalist roles, or people operations, preferably with exposure to multiple countries.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
