Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support our dynamic Talent & Culture department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture, the successful candidate will manage a variety of HR administrative tasks with great attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes critical to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Talent & Culture team, handling purchase orders, document management, correspondence, and other office tasks.
- Assist various HR specialists including Talent Acquisition, Health & Benefits, and Learning & Development with their administrative needs.
- Compose correspondence with approval from senior HR leadership.
- Maintain a secure and systematic filing system for employee personnel files.
- Coordinate employee events and engagement activities such as surveys, galas, and recognition programs.
- Be the initial point of contact for staff visiting the Talent & Culture office, assisting with password resets, ID cards, and name tags.
- Support onboarding processes ensuring new hires are welcomed and prepared for their roles.
- Organize company and brand-specific orientation and training sessions.
- Manage completion of documentation related to hiring, transfers, and departures.
- Collect and update driver’s licenses and Motor Vehicle Records in fleet management systems.
- Provide employment verification for former employees as required.
- Adhere to and communicate Talent & Culture policies and procedures.
- Manage data entry and tracking within Dayforce HR systems for hires, terminations, benefits, payroll, and training records.
- Assist in compiling data for AccorHotels statistics reporting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and actively contribute to health and safety initiatives.
- Follow the hotel's environmental policies and participate in related programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a human resources role is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel operations is advantageous.
- Ability to foster collaborative work environments.
- Self-motivated and able to make sound decisions independently.
- Strong initiative with capability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Capable of sustaining high service standards under pressure.
