Job Overview

Infinitek Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor to manage comprehensive payroll activities for over 300 employees. This role involves leading payroll operations, maintaining payroll systems, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, assisting with month-end financial accounting, and overseeing a Payroll Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete payroll processing for a large employee base.
• Maintain and optimize payroll system operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll legislation and regulations.
• Support month-end accounting processes related to payroll.
• Supervise and guide a Payroll Clerk in daily duties.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams across functions to enhance payroll processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance, and accounting processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in French is beneficial but not mandatory.
