Payroll Services Associate III

Job Responsibilities

• Execute tasks by following established protocols and procedures.
• Utilize skills in data organization and coordination to support business or technical operations.
• Manage client employee records related to new hires, terminations, employee master file updates, and time data uploads with third-party vendors.
• Investigate and respond to payroll inquiries through the Case Management System.
• Conduct peer review audits of payroll data files before submission to vendors.
• Gather and send client final payroll reports and banking files as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.

• Possesses vocational training, certifications, licenses, or equivalent experience relevant to the role.
