Role Overview
The Patient Relations Specialist plays a key part in improving patient satisfaction and strengthening the overall experience within the hospital. This position supports efforts to respond to patient issues, track service quality, and encourage a patient-focused approach across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for patients and visitors who need help with feedback, complaints, compliments, or service-related questions.
- Track patient experience benchmarks and contribute to programs designed to raise satisfaction and improve service standards.
- Work with both clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve patient concerns promptly and make sure issues are handled effectively.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in patient experience, customer service, healthcare administration, hospitality, or a similar area.
- Background in healthcare or hospital settings is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and deliver customer-focused service.
