Description de l'emploi
About the Company
This role is with a fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation business that focuses on helping home improvement and home service companies win more qualified leads. The team works across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, landing pages, automation, and conversion-focused improvements.
Role Overview
The company is looking for an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads specialist for a long-term, part-time remote position. This is a core operations role, not a short-term freelance assignment or project-only engagement. You will support ongoing campaign performance across multiple brands and collaborate closely with management and the wider marketing team.
Work Schedule and Compensation
Pay is set at $8.00 USD per hour. The role requires 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time). These hours are fixed and applicants must be available during this exact window. The opportunity is intended to be long term, with the possibility of pay increases and extra hours based on performance.
Primary Focus
At the start of the role, your main responsibility will be to monitor, maintain, optimize, and improve existing campaigns rather than create new campaigns from scratch. You will use performance data to identify issues, reduce waste, and help improve advertising efficiency.
Google Ads Responsibilities
You will review account performance daily, keep an eye on budget pacing, search term quality, keyword performance, and campaign health, and take action where needed. This includes adding negative keywords, pausing weak keywords or ads, reviewing Quality Score, checking CTR, CPC, CPL, and impression share, and evaluating recommendations before making changes. You will also alert management when you spot account issues or performance drops.
Meta Ads Responsibilities
You will monitor active Facebook and Instagram campaigns, evaluate audience performance and budget use, identify ads that are not performing well, and suggest improvements. When approved, you will also support creative testing.
Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting
You will work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to confirm that conversion tracking is functioning correctly. This includes checking forms, phone calls, chats, and other tracked actions, and reporting tracking issues to management right away. You will also prepare weekly performance updates covering key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, cost per click, and return on ad spend, along with recommendations backed by campaign data.
Collaboration
The role involves direct coordination with management, the marketing team, and the GoHighLevel development team whenever landing pages, forms, automations, or tracking changes are needed. You will also join weekly Zoom meetings and send a short end-of-shift update summarizing completed tasks, observations, and next steps.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, along with experience managing Meta ads. Strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTM is also needed, plus a solid understanding of search terms, negative keywords, Quality Score, conversion tracking, keyword optimization, cost per lead, and campaign performance analysis. Excellent written and spoken English, a dependable internet connection, strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to work independently are all important.
Preferred Background
Extra value will be placed on candidates who have worked in a digital marketing agency, handled home improvement or home service accounts, used GoHighLevel, or hold Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Application Requirements
Applicants should be ready to share a resume, a short summary of their Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, any relevant Google Ads and Meta certifications, a 2–3 minute self-introduction video in English, and internet speed test results. Candidates must also answer questions about their years of Google Ads and Meta Ads management, agency experience, client industries handled, the metrics they check first in Google Ads, how they use negative keywords, availability for the stated schedule, and why they are looking for a long-term role instead of freelance work.
Candidate Profile
Graduation is not required for this opening.
Additional Notes
This position is meant for someone who enjoys improving live campaigns through careful analysis, data-driven decisions, and ongoing optimization. As the company expands, the role may grow to include campaign creation, strategy work, and account expansion.
