Job Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized, one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students from grades 1 to 10 using the company's platform.
• Explain English language concepts clearly and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
• Keep current with curriculum guidelines and best educational practices in English teaching.
• Establish strong rapport with students to foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Prepare well-structured lesson plans aimed at academic assessments and examinations.
• Utilize diverse instructional methods including visual aids, audio materials, practical exercises, and other engaging techniques.
• Modify teaching approaches to suit varied learning abilities and individual student requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in English; a master's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience teaching English, with preference for online teaching roles.
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and spoken language skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Awareness of and ability to use online tutoring tools and digital educational resources.
• Solid knowledge of English language and literature.
• Educational background in English, Education, or related disciplines is favorable.

Technical Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop equipped with Intel i5/i7 processor or comparable performance.
• Operational webcam and microphone or headset.
• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
• Power backup solutions to ensure uninterrupted learning sessions.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Saturday (six working days per week).
• Daily working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
